SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Note: If your complete order is 26 lbs or over, your shipping fee will not be included in the initial charge. We want to make sure your shipping expense is the most economical to you. We will contact you to discuss your preferred shipping choice and rate. Once you decide on shipping, the shipping fee will be charged to your credit card once your product has shipped.
Return and Exchanges: Special orders are non-returnable.
Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please notify us by phone or email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the Butler Woodworking. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
